RECAP: HEARTBEAT ACT, PRE-BAN ON ABORTIONS LEAD PRO-LIFE TXLEGE SESSION

The Texas House Republican Caucus is leading one of the most-Pro-Life Texas Legislative sessions in state history. From the Texas Heartbeat Act to a pre-ban on abortions, Conservatives have delivered on major victories for two very prominent Pro-Life bills this session:

#HB1515 (passed as #SB 8 - aka the Texas Heartbeat Act) by freshman state Rep. Shelby Slawson, prohibits abortion after the detection of an unborn child’s heartbeat.
